smellstevens
I got in the car today and when I started it up the oil pressure gauge went to the maximum position, past the 120 mark. This was the first start of the day and drove completely fine. I thought maybe the dial was shagged but when I turn car off it drops normally so maybe a sensor? Anyone else had this issue? Easy fix? Cheers

DoogyRev
+1 will be higher when you first start the car, then move up and down depending on how far you press the loud pedal. Have you checked the oil levels?

lmc
Oil pressure sensor Had the same problem with mine. Be careful if you are going to change it yourself its a tapered thread and will be an expensive mistake if it;s done wrong trust me
AMT
The guage always starts high until the cars settled and warmed up. its goes down. if it doesn't after so many minutes of driving...then you might have an issue lol
