Phatjat
Hi all I've not long bought a 370z ultimate and I've noticed that there is a 'clunk' when changing from 1st hear to 2nd. I've heard it once when chafing 2nd to 3rd. Although its intermittent and doesn't happen all the time I was wondering if this is a natural characteristic of the 370z gearbox or is it worth getting it checked out? Thanks
Ebized
Best to get it checked by a good independent garage. If you are thinking of going to a Nissan dealer make it a HPC one who will have far more experience than the other dealers. Post where you are based and that will help someone on here to point you to a recommended garage. Welcome to the forum BTW, and introduce yourself and your car - see the sub forum section for the purpose. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/7-introductions-welcome-messages/
WhackyWill
Change the oil in the gearbox and add some Molly Slip, most Zeds have this problem. PM ZMANALEX and he will tell you what you need.
