spursmaddave
I tried wrapping some interior bits for the other halfs car but it doesn't look great so considering plast-dip. I have seen the threads on here but any dos and don'ts to consider? Would 1 can be enough to do a few interior bits? How many coats ideally and do you need to laquer it? rtbiscuit
there are 2 finishes, matte and gloss, matte is straight out of the can, gloss requires a "glossifier" over the top. don;t use normal clear coat. there are some places that seem to do the gloss in with the paint so only need 1 can. jjt
I did my front lip over a year ago, and it looks as good as it did when I first did it. I read that leaving 20 mins between coats helps, dont go overboard on the first few coats despite it looking speckly, but beware it will give a textured matt finish. I like that though
spursmaddave
Cheers I'm not worried about a matt finish but I might see if I can find the one with gloss mixed in, sounds ideal
rtbiscuit
These are the only people i've found that offer it in matte and gloss, most other places require a seperate top coat, http://liquidcarwraps.co.uk/
