GC350z
Yep, they did it again. This time it was the very new Koenigsegg CCXR. In summary it was a Koenigsegg engineer driving it between photographic locations for the TG team. Hit a traffic cone and wrecked it. The CCXR is bioethanol fuelled and has 1004bhp. Pics and info here. http://www.topgear.com/crash For those who don't know, another car they crashed was a Ferrari Enzo that was hit by a bus. Digsy
Didn't the Stig crash the last Koenigsegg they tested?

Chris`I
Didn't the Stig crash the last Koenigsegg they tested? He did indeed. Then they added a spoiler as he had told them too and it set the lap record on the TG test track I've read about this in this months TG mag. The car runs on biofuel, puts out 1000BHP and is meant to have half the carbon footprint of a standard car (a standard Kernesigigigiigiggggg, not a normal car!), most of which comes from making the fuel, not actually burning it. choptop
Looking good for Top Gear returning to our screens though....................or was this test just for the TG Magazine?
Jacko
It was the Koeniggsegg engineer who crashed the car though! Imagine him ringing his bosses up,..... "erm, remember that car we've only got one of and its our best customers..... well its got a slight ding in it. Think Dentec will get it out! GC350z
Bring back Top Gear. I miss it! I have no doubt it will be back but the format may be that of the last series. Short series with made for tv feature episode type of thing. http://www.topgear.com/content/features/stories/2007/04/stories/17/1.html
