Paddy78
Slab sided chavtastic turbo nutter barge There is something incredibly low brow about them, but I think it makes me love them even more.

Ekona
Must admit, I'd rather have the Zed over a GT-R. Much better looking car.
Ebized
Must admit, I'd rather have the Zed over a GT-R. Much better looking car. YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS MAN. You do worry me at times Money no object I can't see how anyone would take a 350 (and knowing you prefer that over a 370) and not a R35. OK so a GTR has a lot of toys that can make the driver's input less important but to drive one VERY quickly on the road or track will still test the very best. Having been fortunate to be taken round some 15 or so laps of Knockhill by ZMANALEX in his, all I can say is, Lotto please smile on me one day
Ekona
I'd rather have lots of cars over a GT-R. I could've bought a new one for what I paid for the 911. You can put a 355, a Sag and a Maser GT in the same 'slower but preferable' category.

Now those comparisons (in red) I can accept without hesitation, but your 'ZED' preference over a GTR is what attracted my response
WhackyWill
My neighbour got a new GT-R, he still strolls across and asks me how my Zed is going...
smudgedon
GT-R's are boring to drive Once you've done launch control a few times and knackered the clutch, having the computers to sort you out all the time get's a bit tedious Much rather have the Zed to drive, much more fun
Neilp
Must admit, I'd rather have the Zed over a GT-R. Much better looking car. Me 2! The R35 is just so disattached from the real driving experience. Its more like playing a computer game. I respect the fact that nissan built a barge which will beat an aerodynamic lambo but I still wouldnt have one. Put an R34 gtr, Supra 2jz TT and an R35 next to each other, and the 35 would be the last choice tbh
BulletMagnet
MB Automotive have put a GT-R35 engine into a S15 body, so I guess it's a good compromise of looks and power
TomS
Put a deposit down on a 620hp one which I can't wait to pickup! Have to wait until 6th July which seems to be taking an age! Owned a zed for 2 years but this just had me grinning the entire time.

One of the lads I was with on the weekend sold his and bought a lambo gallardo as its cheaper to run lol

One of the lads I was with on the weekend sold his and bought a lambo gallardo as its cheaper to run lol Litchfield Stage 4 - Injectors, titanium exhaust, filters and remap. I've looked into all running costs and I only do around 4000 miles a year so consumables won't be much of an issue and the servicing costs aren't that bad when going to a specialist such as Litchfield or SVM.
