Dave-350
There's loads of arch space and mine is slammed. 40 profiles will be absolutely fine. I have rolled the arches yes. I'm running a 255 on a 10J also.
Panman
Have you decided on a colour for these wheels yet? I saw a set at the weekend on a bmw that were diamond cut, looked quite nice.

pjf1985
Gorgeous mate, love your wheels! I think I'd go for a gunmetal colour or shadow chrome if you're gonna have a change.

Scully
just gave this thread a follow mate, love how your Zed is turning out and I'm surprised I haven't seen you driving around Bedford... Makes me feel really lazy as I've had mine for 2 years now and I've hardly done anything to it! What would you say to a mini meet at the self car wash some time in the future as I've never used it and I know Roscoe would come down from Flitwick and maybe a couple of others too... parello9
i know i never see anyone that i know from the forum lol!. and i am always driving around Hmm i just get addicted to buying stuff for my cars haha! so i wouldn't call you lazy, it just takes that first mod then leads on to the next... Yeh thats a good shout, i don't go there as much now but be good if we all went there, least we can talk while having something to do, the cars driving past will think its a 350z wash only Gota make sure its sunny though
parello9
Okay right got an expensive update: Wasnt sure wether to sell the car maybe and get a r34 gtt skyline but they still fetch around 10k and im sure the insurance is more and the main factor is i wasnt sure i could pay that for a 1998 car, Anyways im going to keep the car and put the money in it which i have be doing and just done again!... I normally always get to a stage with previous cars where it would take just a little bit more money to finish then i think na i'll save that and spend it on a new car but hey im 22 with a 3.5 v6 350z so ill wait till i can get a gtr! With that out the way here's what i've been busy buying I wanted to lower the car next and then thought i kinda needed to do abit of major service at the same time and replace a few parts so... 1 x Oil filter Genuine Nissan (White) 3 x6 sp Genuine Nissan Manual Gearbox fluid 1 x 60ml DC Molyslip for Gearbox 2 x Diff. fluid (Viscous) VLSD Genuine Nissan 1 x set Brembo aftermarket front pads 1 x set Brembo aftermarket rear pads 1 x OEM Nissan near side passenger side ARB link 1 x set Brembo noise reduction anti squeal front shims (highly recommended) 1 x set Brembo noise reduction anti squeal rear shims: (highly recommended) 1 x Crush washer 1 x rear passenger hub incl bearing and carrier complete 1 x set number plate LED bulbs 1 x Eibach rear camber arm kit A set of HSD dualtech coilovers With it all together'ish So happy with all the parts now though! It all came in 4 boxes from 4 different couriers It was like Christmas haha! an expensive one at that! ££££ Went out and fitted my led quickly as it took 5 mins So yeh everything is here now ready to fit! :teeth: You know what the next update will be, keep your eyes peeled Big thanks to Clark Motorsport, Zmanalex, cougar store (for alot of info) and driftworks

parello9
Update time : Well this all ended up alot harder than expected but here we go this was what the height of the car was standard took a trip up to beaniesport And so we got started Front brake pads getting sorted Then while we were at that corner got to fitting the hsd's then next was a oil and gearbox change with the help of this rather easy to use tool then the front down Way to low couldnt even move it and here is the point my mechanic found that the bottom bolt and bush were seized together So i had to order the parts for the next few days
parello9
Day 2 bolt and whiteline upgraded bushes arrived no way could we get the new bush in so had to take everything off Then by then got it pushed in after a few hours and all back together then diff oil came Then made the hole bigger in the strut so i can access the damper adjustment, i think this is rather neat So finally after 2 long days everything was done and here is how it looks with its new sticker 'hard parked' It actually is very low! my rear diffuser catches on certain things but then the coilovers are fully soft for at least a 100 miles so after that i can 'click' them up abit so its more hard and less bouncy Im impressed with the coilovers though, very nice bit of kit! so all in all this is what i got done Oil titan race pro s Nissan oil filter copper crush washer Nissan gearbox oil Moly slip Nissan diff oil Nissan rear suspension bolt Brembo front brake pads anti squeal shims Whitline rear suspension bushes front passenger anti roll bar link Nissan rear passenger hub incl bearing raise rear TS diffuser Eibach rear camber kit HSD dualtech coilovers The car is more smooth to drive now and looks epic Really am pleased with it all Hope you all like be good to meet a few people soon too! Guna try and grab some High quality photos when i get the camera
