NaturallyBuilt
Whoever said it a was a 5min aside job clearly has midget hands or is a formula 1 pitstop mechanic. Took me about 40mins but glad it's done :-)
Pnthrblkzs
lol, to be honest i don't think ive ever read anyone saying it was a 5 minute a side job. imagine my face last month when i had my MOT and thought i'd best check my bulbs etc the evening before (it was dark already by this time) and discovered one of my bulbs blown. my MOT was 08:30 the following morning, so i was outside at 07:00 taking the wheel and wheel arch liner off. still i'm sure there are worse jobs. Mikesding
There is definitely a post on here that says it is a 5-10minute easy job- I remember cursing whoever posted that when I went to change mine too
jumping350
If you turn your wheel on full lock you can pull back liner and cut your hands to pieces while getting the holder out, knocks some time off the overall job though Edited June 1, 2013 by jumping350
NaturallyBuilt
lol yeah it was off here I read it was a 5-10min job. I put the wheels on full lock to change them but you are still limited with space. Defo wheel off job to make life easier next time
