samu23
Hi Guys! Thought I'd start a build thread to track the progress on my Zed. I bought the car in February 2012 with 69k miles on and a nice spec from the factory. It was a GT model with Tonneau cover, Bluetooth, mudflaps + few others. Its been slow progress but I have carried out a few mods so far: -Genuine Nismo N1 Front Bumper with Nissan Clear Reflectors -8000k HID Bulbs with LED sidelights -Tein Spring fitted which lowered it a little -EIbach 20mm spacers all round -Blitz Nur-Spec exhaust -2006> LED rear lights -LED numberplate and interior lights -The BOSE system was just awful, so I ripped it all out in favour of a JL audio system. -Nismo Gear Knob (to be fitted) Spec is: Alpine W530BT Doble din headunit Jl Audio A4300 4-channel amplifier JL Audio C5 component speakers JL Audio C2 coaxial speakers JL Audio J2 500/1 amplifier JL Audio 12" W3v3 subwoofer. Future plans include: -Replica chargespeed rear bumper -INGS+1 Sideskirt (having trouble tracking these down!) -07> Bonnet (potentially carbon wrapped) -Rear wiper delete -Rear window and quarters tinted -RAYS refurbed as there is some significant flaking/bubbling! -Fix clicky rear axel Once the bodywork is completed I will move on to a few choice engine mods, nothing serious, just a velocity stack/plenum spacer/Uprev. Was dyno'd at 279.9 bhp on a dyno dynamics rollers, I know this a lottery but should mean the engine is reasonable healthy at its current mileage of 75k! This forum has been very helpful in sourcing parts and fixing problems! So thanks very much. Cheers Sam

samu23
I originally wanted to mount it under the strut bar, but getting the dimensions for the sub box right was a pain! Lucky I dont play golf though!
