timsulley
Does anyone know exactly where the speaker/buzzer is located for the Nissan fitted parking sensors? Ever since they fitted mine, I swear I've been going deaf! The sound is way too loud. When I reverse into the garage, I feel like my ears are going to bleed! I had a quick look around the spare wheel, but couldn't see anything obvious. I want to make it quieter somehow, either electronically or by stuffing it with socks! Any ideas? jonathan73
I know what you mean Tim - the beep is a bit sharp! It makes pedestrians watch where they walk though b'cos the beep scares the cr@p out of them
Zzzz...
If it was fitted as per nissans guidelines maybe behind the side carpet trim beneath the taillamp directly behind you...
timsulley
Thanks very helpful, thanks a lot! I'll have another look now to see if I can locate the pesky buzzer. It looks like there might be some kind of switch too, which would be really helpful when I'm reversing it into the garage. Perhaps my hearing will return then too

Zzzz...
Of course! No Z comes out of factory with them fitted, it is a dealer fit item so all dealers will fit them for you, and claim the money for them as aftersale sale, even if you buy from new ...
