Oakley350z
So I've just been out to chuck some tools in the car, and the boot won't open! It has been a bit temperamental lately having to be double tapped to open up... But now nothing! I can hear the solenoid/ catch trying to work on the press of the button but its not releasing! Is there any way to open the boot elsewhere? Any help would be great! Cheers Oakley
The Bounty Bar Kid
Underneath rear strut brace cover I believe. Pull the tab?
martinmac
I think there is a boot release in the cubby behind the passenger seat.
Oakley350z
Thanks guys, found the boot release under the strut bar, it's open now! But I put the catch down whilst the boot was open and pressed the button. The catch won't release Any ideas?
jjt
BBK is correct there is a little tab underneath the strut brace held on by velcro, you may have to get your head or a mirror underneath to see what we mean; that should do the trick though
