ATTAK Z
Do you mean "cut down" plates or say 5 digits on a full size plate ? Edited April 29, 2013 by ATTAK Z

cs2000
I also prefer the look of a smaller plate, but I have one question. Which are legal! Keyser, im guessing yours isn't, technically, looks teeny tiny!
BulletMagnet
I guess it depends on how "busy" the local plod are. I got pulled for my tiny plate (to be fair it was really a tiny one)
evilscorp
Mine was the same size as D8NMT's when I got pulled and was told to remove it =/ back to the big stupid uk one.....for now.
D8NMT
Mine is a 3/4 sized front plate. I have had it on my last few cars for years without any issues.
AliveBoy
I know a lot of people who don't run a plate at all and have never had issues. I got pulled for a tiny plate about 10 mins after putting it on! I just run with 100% legal ones now

Keyser, im guessing yours isn't, technically, looks teeny tiny! Mine is a correct size and legal number plate (for a UK motorbike) I haven't been stopped yet - will let you know if I do - mine is not hard to read though where I have it mounted. My back plate is standard size as it looks silly in the recess if you have a small one.

Slosh
I had a smaller plate on my mini and had no trouble. I guess it really does depend on the local police and how bothered they are.
Tackleberry
Anyone know a good place to buy a "reduced portion" number plate? Front bumper going in for plastic surgery later this month and i wanted to get shot of the jdm plate in favour of a smaller one for a v2 bumper so i can tuck it up into the grill.
