Warner001
I'm only 20 and mine was 1400, which was pretty good I thought for my age and the size engine of the car
Jp606
22 here with 2 years NCB. Paying £650 with Elephant.co.uk, much cheaper than my previous Seat Leon FR.
anglais49
Sky were brilliant for me, I'm 30 with 4yrs no claims and got £612 for an 03 Fairlady. My previous (non 350) insurer Allianz wouldn't touch an import, Admiral wanted £2800, the best other quote from a mainstream was still £1200 Edited May 30, 2013 by anglais49
peteman35
I'm 20 3 years no claims. £900 Both my parents are on the policy. It's parked in a residential area. I'm with elefant give them a try
cs2000
Kinda pointless comparing since many things affect your price however. 24, 5 years NCB, 1 speeding fine and a total price with Adrian flux of ~900.00. This includes European cover, key cover and cover on other cars. I live in an area that's at the top in terms of safety so my postcode helps out a lot but the car is in a public car park all day every day which doesn't help. Yes, the Zed is expensive, but...well..it is a 3.5ltr sports car so..
nowhereboy
I have 0 no claims bonus and 3 points and just paid 550 quid for my insurance. I work in insurance so I guess that makes me a lower risk
daveo132
Sorry to drag up an old thread but it seemed pointless starting a new one. I've had this problem too. I'm looking to buy one in around 6 months time and my currant insurer MarkerStudy through A-Plan) refused to quote me. I've had a hand full of offers on compare sites for over £1200... I'm 27 (28 at the end of June) and currently drive a E46 325. EDIT: 1 Claim for a non fault accident (i was 5 hours away from the car...) Any tips Edited June 9, 2017 by daveo132
Dracostan
SKy Insurance and Adrian Flux are two of the main providers for most on here - I'm sure others will post with more for you to get in touch with. Main thing to take away is you will always get a better deal by calling them up and going back and forth (a couple of times - don't take the ****!) Good luck with it Draco

Jake.Lowther
I'm 20 only been driving 3 years and I pay £1750 a year for my Z, 21 this year so hopefully it'll go down loads. I'm with admiral, Adrian flux quoted me £8000 without mods and £4500 with mods hehe
daveo132
Stupid thing is i've actually found quotes for where i live now for £700 but when i put the address in that i plan to move to it doubles...
Blocko
I tried flux and aplan but my car is standard so I found it cheapest on a comparison website. Does that claim mean you have no ncd? Insurance is a farce, it's cheaper for me to insure the zed than it was for me to insure a Leon turbo and that had less power and was worth hardly anything but I live in the sticks and have full ncd so I'm happy with my premium which is a lot less than it costs to tax the car. TT350
35. Full NCB. Driving since 17. No points ever. History of sporty cars. Flux quoted nearly £14k. That's fourteen thousand pounds. Sky wouldn't quote.

Nearly 20 miles from Oldham yet it's still an OL postcode. I tried my friends postcode another time which is in a very nice area. It only came back a couple hundred cheaper.
