davidbaker8130
Saw this, it's a manual automatic as you can see from the description. This guy has told me that the car is in London and another member of the "other site" that it's in Japan. I have reported him to e-bay as a suspected fraudulent seller. davidbaker8130
It's also yellow! (Was there yellow pre GT4?) He's also removed one of his mobile numbers from the ad and it previously had rear seat belts. Fishy?
350Znismo
I spoke to him today and he said he is here to learn English (last 18 months) at a language school. The eBay ad was done for him from another student who does not know the car. He is leaving for Asia and won’t take the car back. He said the car is with him in Bournemouth but will be travelling to London (on the train to save fuel costs) this weekend to see family (I think this is the confusion on where the car is). The car can be seen, and he has the UK documents and will allow it to be HPI checked (after I explained how it works) I said I will see the car on Friday (as I drive back from Heathrow its 40 miles different for me) and he agrees. Don’t know if it’s a scam (will find out Friday) but the guy has bad English (sack his teacher ) and you need to talk slow as he gets confused, (I deal with a lot of Japanese) and he seems like he is trying to sell a car but don’t know how ! If it’s not a scam I might buy it as a track car !!! Let you know
350Znismo
Even I’m having doubts as he has rung me back and says the car is 50% owned by his friend that he needs to take me to him, to set the deal up in “Manchester†
Guest prescience
Don't take you Z along whatever you do - otherwise they'll have one to sell for sure
