NeilMH Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Autoglym do a cleaning and protection kit which is very good - most people (including me) seem to use that. Quote

I use loads of AG products so i'll have a look at that. Is it just a case of cleaning and protecting in 2 steps? Quote
NeilMH Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Yes ..but if it's in good nick you can just protect. If it ever needs renovation and recolouring the Renovo stuff is very good - just make sure you get the right one for the material your roof is made of. Quote

Cheers mate, is it ok to wash it with AG car shampoo just now? Quote
NeilMH Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Your are welcome. I imagine it is ok to do with AG shampoo but I have always done mine with clear water just in case any marks were left. 1 Quote
HaydnH Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Megs do a spray can for convertibles that I find pretty good. 1 Quote
ewan221 Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 May sound strange but vacuum clean the hood regular. When cleaning I used both renavo and AG on it both good , would say slightly better results with renavo. If you use the AG protection fluid don't spray on pour into a pot and brush on as you will get much better coverage 1 Quote
