Derek_ZR
Do they do them in sizes for both the front and rear on the Z ? If so do you recommend them and what type ? Kinda need 2 rear tyres like last month I knew they were low but didn't realise they were illegal until service today

Trev-the-Rev
Pilot Sports are available for both front and rear. I haven't used them myself on the Zed but have heard good reports.

letank87
I've had Pilot Sports fitted for about 8k miles now and they are the best all round tyre available in my opinion. Great levels grip in all weather conditions, less road noise and long tread life too (mine still have 6mm left!!!). Mind you, they are probably the most expensive tyres you can buy, but I suppose you get what you pay for! If you get a set for under £600 you'll be doing well so you'd have to really want them to justify the cost, especially when you can get a set of Falkens for £380, which by all accounts are also excellent. Zzzz...
+1 .... MPS = 10/10 rating... takes the drifting out compared to the bridgestones, but the cornering is awesome, the wet handling is unbelievable and the ESP kick-in is much more progressive... ( rather than snapping in like the BS) you can feel it coming to the end of grip and keep it just before ESP kicking in... but they do cost...
