crasher
I can't 'kin beleive it! You know what they used to say, don't buy a car that was built on Friday - well I think I've got one. Either that or Glen Hoddle may have the answer!! Picked up my 56 plate coming upto 3 weeks ago and boy it's been troubled times. Here's the tale of woe! 1. Within 2 days picked up a sratch on the top of nearside rear wheel arch - certainly wasn't me! 2. A couple of days later I curbed the front nearside coming out of a carpark at Heathrow where they force you in at strange angles to put your ticket in the machine. I had a customer with me in the car and I couldn't talk to him I was so I don't recall the 06 car being any wider than my 53 plate that I part ex'd as I never treated the old girl in such careless fashion! 3. This week some inbred mother ****** kindly wacked it whilst parked and drove off. Hit the drivers door all along to wheel arch. Although I have polished out a fair bit there remains a dent about 3 inches long in the rear quarter and wheel arch which I'm not sure the dentmaster guys will be able to get at? Not one to keep things wrapped in cotton wool but when you put time and considerable amounts of money into your own car it makes you want to puke when people just naff off without a care in the world. Needless to say I'm not going on the roof, touching plumbing or electrics or playing with sharp objects the way my luck is at the momemt
Trev-the-Rev
Sorry to hear of your tale of woe matey. They do say however that bad luck comes in three and that being the case, you should be in the clear by now.

crasher
Point very well made - although it goes back to my motoerbike racing years. Maybe I shouldn't say it but I've had more luck keeping it shiny side up on 4 wheels!
