Louisa911
Looking for a front splitter, any colour / material but good enough to repaint, preferably smaller than the Nismo style ones. (not too keen on the large wings on the corners, needs to look normal without side skirts as I can't afford them to bulk it out and balance out a huge lip yet!) Thanks! KyleR
Have you tried PMing Tarmac about this one yet? http://tarmacsportz.co.uk/350z-stillen-oem-front-splitter.aspx It's nicely subtle but very effective. I member had one fitted who sold up not too long ago but I can't remember his name for the life of me, btu I can remember his number plate C5UPE I think. AAAGGHHHH what was his name!? Louisa911
Yeah that is still my current fave I think... Just a bit more than I was planning on spending. Spot on the style i'd like so i guess in a month or two it could definitely be on the list. If anyone has anything second hand please let me know
wanted
I'm the same, i don't like the massive corners on some of the nismo reps. This one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271007690697?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 has smaller corners. Don't bother with an offer though, he just ignored me when i sent one. Louisa911
That one looks a little better, had just gone straight past it in the ebay listings after spotting the corners- but guess they do look a bit smaller than usual replicas. Thanks for that. Will remember when it comes to getting bumper painted- although could look pretty good in black too

Dave-350
Have a look at mine Louisa in my Build Thread (In my Sig) The fitment is nice, it makea huge difference to the look of the front end but suits the whole car as it is... 14N
Hi Louisa. See you've not even got your car yet and your looking at mods. It's an all too familiar story... I know you don't like the Nismo splitter, but in my thread you can see, or at least get an idea of how a colour matched one will look on a GM Zed. Plus, you can also see what a wrapped centre console looks like as I know you've got a few scratches on the centre lid - Athough I know you don't like the carbon look either. Basically I should of said "Here's my car - you'll hate it"! http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/67814-me-and-my-zed-or-50-shades-of-gunmetal-grey/

Yours looks great. Regarding the trim- wonder if just the satnav cubby would look naff wrapped by itself? I've been in touch with Zedmanalex who will have some in stock eventually if not
S1 HNK
The Nismo lip looks so bad in my opinion, it sticks out far too far and is a danger to rabbits
Tarmac@TarmacSportz
Ha ha, poor rabbits. The Nismo is not a descreet lip I agree, colour coded looks best IMO. Did you see the Veilside thread, it's a little bit more subtle

David Nice spot, cheers for that. The cheeky sod ignored me when i offered £80, no counter offer or anything. Hmmm i wonder how good the customer service is. 14N
Thanks David. S1 HNK, my car hasn't been lowered and is still on OEM suspension, so rabbits and other small animals are safe
14N
As David said, its on their web shop (not eBay shop) at £89.99. http://www.knightracer.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&keyword=350z%20splitter&category_id=0&product_id=1868 But this is FRP / gel coat which is basically fibreglass and therefore can be brittle. Something as exposed and low as a splitter can too easily be caught on a kerb or speed bump. A fibreglass on could shatter/break. The splitter I had from Tarmac wasn't much more than this FRP one and made from flexible material.

14N
Does sound a bit dodgy mate. Not sure they sound like a trader I'd wanna deal with. Looking at the corners on the white one in their eBay listing, they do look pretty much the same size as the one I got from Tarmac. If there is a difference, it ain't much. EDIT: After looking at their site images, the one on their blue car is definitely the same size as mine. Especially the corners. I wasn't trying to imply they are at all "dodgy", many suppliers inflate their prices on EBay - I was just pointing out the difference!
