Shaun1982
Guys Should there be more sound options other than just bass, treble, balance & fade? Thought there might of been a subwoofer option or something. I know the Bose isn't great but I was expecting a little bit more than the non Bose in my last zed
Renegade
That's all it says it has in the handbook. Bass Treble Fader and Balance. Speed sensitive control. NR Dolby and Audio pilot, whatever that is.
Shaun1982
Cheers dude. Just thought even with bass up full on five its, well, non existent lol. Have noticed it randomly gets louder & quieter too. That will be speed sensitive bit
Renegade
You can usually feel the bass hitting you in the back when its on loud. I believe there is a known fault with the speakers cutting out too.
Pnthrblkzs
Mine is noticeably quieter and less bassy when the left speakers cut out. This is a common issue with the Bose unit I'm led to believe.
Shaun1982
Yeah I've seen a guide to sorting it earlier I think lol. I definitely don't get anything from the sub, I even took it out earlier to check it was plugged in. My Bose had the iPod hack from the previous owner & depending on how much you pull the cable the speakers go on & off. Same with round corners sometimes

Shaun1982
I've got the one to take out my coupe Dave, sub & amp too. Will the speakers still work when the Bose is removed?

Shaun1982
Yeah
spursmaddave
As long as the HU has front, rear & sub RCA outs then fine. Some HU will need to be spliced to improve volume as the Bose runs on a VERY high frequency. If you use your own sub & amps then thats not a problem
