marzman Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 So this might be a bit to some of you as i've had a few goes at doing this before, but last night i made a new set of LED reflectors. In the past when i've made these i used quite small LED's and didnt use any holders, but i've made this set using 8mm LEDs and some slim bulb holders. Im really pleased with how they've turned out.... although no fitted pics. It'll be late Feb before i fit them probably as my zed is SORN'd until March. I've got no plans to start selling these as it just takes too long... Its about 3-4 hours work per pair.... the measuring and drilling takes most of that time, the soldering is the easy bit. scubapics Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 Looks good. If you made a template you would cut down the marking out time dramatically.
