CavemaN1010
I have just replaced the headunit on the bose system (with a fair amount of help from on here) and it sounds poor at best, whilst i expected it not to sound great i was hoping for better....... Is there a way of improving it cheaply i have seen rca boosters would these work and i have seen a thread about someone just replacing the amp with a Genesis profile four..... now whilst i like to think im not a stupid man i do have a less than average understanding of audio electronics. So i ask if there is any advice as to how i can get reasonable sound for as little as possible as i dont have the money for a complete overhaul just yet In advance i thank you Mike
spursmaddave
The RCA boosters only increase volume if that's the issue. Changing the HU doesn't improve tje sound greatly just adds funtionality and connection options, to get a better sound you need to be looking at new speakers and new amps
