Welcome! I used to have an E36 328i coupe as a company car back in about 1999. I remember looking at buying an E36 M3 Evolution shortly afterwards. I remember the car was up for £26k on a bmw forecourt and the insurance company wanted 3 grand or something ridiculous to insure it, so I didnt bother and stuck to my ZXR750L2 & Renault 5 GT Turbo for kicks!

There are a few white 350z`s, i think mainly the later ones as prior to that white wasnt a fashionable colour.

The M3 are legends across the board but for a real ledge you just have to have owned a Renault GTT ! I've owned three and all were a pain in the arse to keep going but when they decide to work they are great to drive and a lot of fun, you can keep your golf GTI and ya Pug 205 GTI, R5 GTT was the best hot hatch of all times and anyone who disagrees has lots of nonsense to speak out of their bum and curly hair such as Clarkson ;)

Ive still got my GTT.... had it for about 15 years now. Like you, ive had 3 of them. I know them inside out, so i used to fix all the common problems - like people running them with knackered radiators causing the heads to warp etc.. tune them up and sell them on. I got a bit carried away with mine.. running hybrid turbo, racing clutch, gas flowed / ported head, carb & manifolds, adjustable suspension, uprated brakes, stripped out interior, full 6 point roll cage just to mention a few bits. Has about 220bhp and back when I used to use it as a daily car i never once found anything on the road which was quicker than it in 2nd & 3rd gear. Ive had it off the road for a good few years now as it ended up not being the best car for commuting after all my mods. :D

I also had a Peugeot 205 Gti 1.9 for a while, a 309 Gti, Clio 16v and an Escort RS2000. But none of them had the handling or kick in the pants of the 5 turbo.

Yep I loved my GTT's its been a while now did think about getting one a couple of years a go and did go and view one, it was a absolute shed so I walked away put off. Instead I bought a pro-kart but that's only made it to the track twice in over two years, think it would be scared to be out of the shed now and would panic if brought out in the sunlight. Your GTT sounds awesome that's a lot of power, one of mine I took to Santa pod I really struggled to get traction off the line. It was only lightly modded with a small boost increase plus I had to clean the consumption tank out once a week which would fill with grey mayo lol. She ran okay though and at Santa Pod she managed a 15.1 which I didn't think was bad going as the old girl was a bit sick, I ran that time in my skyline GTST first time but did get her down to a 14.0 just before I destroyed the clutch off the line ...oops moment. A good GTT is getting hard to come by now and pricey hang on to her ;)
