Robboo
Ok this may sound stupid but it was a passing thought lol. Now I dont like how loud the k1 is without bungs (shame as it looks alot better!) but with the bungs in its too quiet . So my question is, if you were to cut down the length of the inside pipes on the bungs would it sound any different/louder? Or are they designed to be that length? Spending money on a y-pipe etc will help i know but still doesnt make the bungs look any better! Of course I would love a better exhaust but saving that till summer! Thanks Edited January 2, 2013 by Robboo
Dblock
You could paint the bungs black? just re read. You could make the hole slightly bigger? Maybe cut the pipes and fan them out slighlty? Edited January 2, 2013 by Dblock
brillomaster
dunno, you try it, and report back to us? cant do any harm, exhaust works equally well with bungs in or out, cant see how half a bung would be any more detrimental than a full one? on a serious note, could always get an exhaust maker to weld in an inline silencer, and then can run without bungs.
