Mark@Abbey m/s
Abbey Motorsport 2012 2012 has been a good year for everyone @ Abbey Motorsport , we have worked on plenty of car and say thank you to past, present and future customers of Abbey Motorsport for their support in 2012, thought I would just have a quick think about what sticks in my memory from this year. Jeff Ludgates awesome 8.8 sec run at the JDS Final meeting of 2012 John Bradshaw consistent 6.6 @ 200+ mph run in Project Zed We travelled across the water with Motul and Project Zed this year; 1st we went to Le Mans for the Moto GP French round , weather played havoc but we still got to run the car Then we travelled to Germany where a badly prepared track caused a lot of long sad faces, then we travelled to Tierp in Sweden which again was plagued with bad weather but we did get to run the car in anger Straight off the truck 6.73 @ 330 kph. cant embedded this video it seems The Swedes loved the car , makes plenty of noise and doesnt go bad for only 3.5ltr they say. Was good to race against some mad Volvo's turbo cars. Hope we can go back with Project Zed 2 which we hope will be built in 2013 to run in Top door Slammer V8 Nissan powered twin turbo which we hope will go deep into the 5's Edited January 1, 2013 by Beavis
