Miles off on both. Offset you could get around with spacers, but the PCD will require other methods. More hassle than it's worth IMHO, and while the E92 M3 wheels are nice they're not especially light or different enough to be worth the effort.

 

Just realised whilst writing that that you didn't say if they were the OEM wheels or not, could just be aftermarket wheels. If that's the case, could you not get them in the correct sizes?

PCD adapters usually act as spacers too.

You need hub centric spacers where the PCD of the spacers takes 5x114.3 and gives out 5x120. They need to be at least 20mm thick to get over the studs so you would be rocking ET0and ET5!

 

I know someone who can make them if you really want these.
