Dario
Hey guys! As the topic suggests is this possible and if so how do you do it/how much would it cost? It is a DVD sat nav and a screen so there must be a way to do it. Thanks in advance!!!

AndyC
I know that there is something out there that would do it but whether its compatable with the Z I don't know. Mate of mine has an imported Golf with the sat nav system in and he has managed to covert it to play DVDs. I'll have a word and ask him where he sourced it from. Mang
Hi Dario, Yes it is possible ! I bought an interface box from Connexx in Germany (trough e-bay), this box is offered for the 7 inch Primera screen (which is same as our 350Z screen) and wired it between the Nissan Factory Navi player and screen. You have to cut few wires (5 in total= color R-G-B/ Earth/ Sync) and solder it. Next connect (plug into the interfacebox) any car DVD player and ready. Please note that the Nissan Navi screen is NTSC standard, so check the DVD player is NTSC spec. and if applicable the back-up camera. Pingu2
certainly it's possible. I refer to you this excellent info.. http://www.swooby.com/z/navpc/ (please note I haven't done this myself - I have fitted a new screen and PC)
rickya
If aftermarket screen you could plug pretty much anything to it.
