stubzie83
Well, I've just been out in Tokyo with work and found out quite quickly that my route to work took me past the Nismo factory at Omori. This is where Nismo kit out race ready cars and rebuild engines. You can also take a standard car in there and have it completely kitted out and tuned. In the window they had this: This was about as close as I could get to it as it was in a closed off area. I then went to the shop where they had a lot of custom bits on display including a rather pretty titanium exhaust for an R35 that belongs in a museum rather than on a car. It was hanging up on the wall to be honest. I then got myself a little something: I've not seen a burnt titanium one of these before so I thought I would get it. It would have been nice to see the rest of the building but you need an appointment to get in as it's really for customers who want to discuss tuning. stubzie83
LOL Didnt someones titanium shift knob they were selling a few weeks back get branded as a replica because apparently they dont make these I remember seeing that one for sale on here. That one was a different shape though. I have to admit I was surprised to see a burnt version as I've not seen one for sale anywhere else on the web. I'm not sure if it's a Japan only version or if it's a custom/one off. They did have a lot of custom parts in there so it's possible it is. At least it didn't cost any more than the one for sale on here
