Flex
Well after looking around at reviews all over the place I finally settled on the Avon ZZ3s. So in going to get them fitted and returning what I learned today was: -What wheel balancing actually is. -My tyre fitter (also a client) is still a grumpy old git (and he knows it). -Avon ZZ3s are SIGNIFICANTLY quieter than the Bridgestones. -You CAN definitely fit a full set of tyres in the Zed. - It takes a bloody eternity to get a full set of tyres fitted on the Zed. -Shell have just taken over the Waitrose petrol station (V POWER baby!!) BOOM!!!
KC350Z
I had ZZ3 on my golf mk4 found the road noise was shocking from them

ddcboyle
The amount of stuff ive fit in my zed that im impressed with. The zed is more convenient than most cars haha. Fit back box and mid pipe with a passenger the other week A v2 bumper at an awkward angle 6 boxes of vinyl (just awkward due to being 1.5m long) But.... You cant fit a storage box in the car if you have a passenger.... Due to the rear strut.... Lol

I have ZZ3s on my MG ZT and found them to be incredibly quiet - in fact I have found them to be a really good tyre (albeit on a heavy and slow - well it only has 190 ponies - car). Turbo-G
ZZ3's are really hard compound - or at least they used to be. Really disliked them when I tried them a few years back. I'm rockin RE050A's at present on the 350z. Are you comparing against the 50's or the 40's with regards to road noise?
