Chris AME
Taken me a while to get round to doing this, but better late than never i suppose (il put pictures up at later on) I bought a nice fairly standard pearl white JDM import july 2011 Loved it but couldn't get over how quiet the exhaust was so my first mod was an AEM short ram intake and a motordyne plenum spacer then i added a HKS Full dual exhaust bought from abbey motorsport i then bought some rays wheels, refurbed them in sea grey and got some nice new bridgestones on them ready for wales then came some RED(not pink) rays wheel nuts Polished my plenum I then bought some berks HFC's of TARMAC Which Sound My car is now on sorn but i have some 3d carbon skirts to fit from tarmac and a Cosworth Plenum from Zmanalex to keep me busy as well as some tein springs from a member on here Next to do: Skirts and rest of body kit Plenum Springs and maybe begin some supporting mods ready for FI Edited July 15, 2013 by atkin666

rtbiscuit
i could have dipped the end caps in carbon if you'd wanted
Wasso
And I could polish the casting Funny enough that's the first cosy plenum that I've seen without the carbon end caps.
Chris AME
I didn't know which ends it was coming with just ordered it from Alex, I kinda like them and I can always paint them. Polished would be nice but will have to wait for now some more things to sort out first
ZMANALEX
Looking good Chris, Cosworth discontinued the carbon end covers due to loose carbon fragments contaminating the engine oil and causing piston ring damage. Alex,
Chris AME
I thought there would be a reason for it, a company like cosworth wouldn't change something for the sake of it. It's my favorite mod so far I think

lmc
Looking good Can i ask what advantages does the cosworth plenum give?
Chris AME
At the moment the plenum will negligible compared to a standard plenum with spacer, it's FI when you reap the benefits of the cosworth
