Complete beginner in need of advice about purchasing new double din head unit

Hey,

 

Firstly, I am a complete novice to this kind of thing so apologies right away if I am asking the stupidist of questions....

 

I've just bought my first 350Z (2006) and has the bose factory fitted system 6 cd changer etc but no sat nav.

 

What I am wanting to do is to get a new head unit to sync up with the existing system but with built in sat nav/bluetooth/dab/iphone compatibility etc .

What I need to know is will these fit, work with the steering wheel already in place, be worth the money, is there a better option? I'm also not keen on fitting it myself as I dont trust myself, so does anyone know of anywhere decent that would fit this in Scotland? I've not heard the best things said about Halfords so not overly keen to take it to them!?

 

Any advice on the above or anything else you think would help would be greatly appreciated!!
