JEMAN
Hi all ! Ive got a 2003 Z & im thinking of having my bonnet & bumper resprayed due to stone chips & was wondering if sunset orange is ok for getting a good match ? I know some colours are harder to blend in than others. Ive been to one Bodyshop who quoted £250 for the work, but then whent to another place who said they will blend in with the front wings Quoting £ 770 As you can see theres a massive difference in price.............Your thoughts ??????????????? Darren-B
If you pay 250 for the bonnet & bumper, unless that's mates rates I doubt very much that you will be happy. If it was me I would be asking for it to be blended & flat polished as part of the job. May as well do it properly. Where abouts are you? bronzee
Sunset isn't the easiest of 350 colours to match, but will be a sinch if you have a painter who's got a sharp eye for matching. If it's any comfort Ultra Yellow/Custard can be a hard one to match. Edited October 24, 2012 by bronzee
