Andrew
Hi, i have these Potenza's which i was told give off a droning noise when feathered slightly. I never saw a solution to this and it sounded like a car design flaw. HAs anyone put tyres on they would honestly say don't feather like this? I am replacing the Potenza's and want to get something which will give me a quite ride for a change at low speeds. Michelin? Thanks Andrew

Thanks Andrew From all accounts it was just the Bridgestones that suffered this phenomenon, I have had Falken's and Continentals fitted and never had a repeat occurrence Certainly recommend the Falken 452 tyre for smooth running and lack of noise
M13KYF
Nissan replace the Bridgestones under warranty for new bridgestones with a redesigned tread pattern to stop the feathering/cupping issue.
redzed
It`s the fronts that are affected, the ones with the problem are KZ tread patterns and the replacements are XZ tread patterns
