Payco
Hi All Just got a call at work from the Mrs to say my offside rear tyre is flat on my Z parked at home. Can anyone tell me is the spare a full alloy on the zed or a "get me home" tyre. Planning to garage her in a couple of weeks for the winter and dont fancy spending out for a new tyre before the spring. I have a trip to Wasso in a couple of weeks and was hoping i might be able to drive it on the spare. Also hoping that there's not a a nasty nail in it and its saveable. Any responses this afternoon will help my anger management. Thanks Martin
ZMANALEX
Martin, If you have a 350 then it is a space saver. If you have a 370 there is no spare. Alex
Payco
Alex 350z so its looks like an expensive weekend unless she can be saved. Thanks for messaging back. Martin
ZMANALEX
I will have a decent preowned rear tyre in stock depending on what brand you are after. Give me a shout if I can help further once you checked it out. Alex.

Alex Not quite right - if it is a base version of the 370 with 18" wheels they do come with a spacesaver

Payco
Alex Thanks. Will message you once I have had a look and know the extent of the damage. Regards Martin
Supratad
Hopefully you will have picked up something on the way home and it went flat while sitting on the drive, so it would just be a £10 puncture fix. Otherwise you drove home on a flat and that will have wrecked the inner casing.
Payco
Thanks to Alex and all those that replied. Lady luck was shining on me. I took it to be checked out and we found a small nail that had gone through the sole of the tyre. £10 patch and a few extra quid for a drink fixed the issue. My weekend was somewhat cheaper than I feared it would be. I dont mind replacing worn tyres but this was one was hardly worn, would have been a painful pill to swallow if the tyre was to be thrown away. Thanks again ALL Martin
