FOS also said if I'm not happy with the response, to write back to them. I'm not happy with the response, at least from a data protection standpoint. To gain access to my quotes you need DOB / Surname / Email Address I used - All 3 of those in today's world are easily accessible information for the average guy on the street. spursmaddave Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 We have just moved to Admiral, when my missus did her quote she thought her 3 points had expired but the hadn't, got a letter from Admiral saying they had checked and she hadn't declared them..... got stung with a whopping £20 extra...
