jon.young
Hi buddy, my compression is right down to around 105 psi. But I have just got my heads off and my bores are not damaged their is a tiny rocking movement on almost every piston, I'm talking about a milimeter if that, So I think I will get away with honing an new rings,

ZMANALEX
Would anyone disagree a good honing an new rings an she will be good? If you want an informed answer then that is a question for your engine shop once they have inspected and measured up, however drawing on my experiences, new pistons would be the way to go as they are not much more expensive than a set of rings. Cosworth, Wossner and Arias pistons all in stock and good to go same/next day. Alex.
