Luke0549
Hi Fitted a new track rod and got some new wheels, fitted them all then at 70-75mph it started shaking, so got wheels balanced, still shaking. So I'm going to take it for a full geo tomorrow. Should the zed be set up with any toe-in/out at all? Should there be any camber aswell? Cheers
Ekona
The guy sorting your geo out will be able to sort this out for you. It's pointless us giving you any measurements as everyone likes their car to handle differently, so just tell the chap doing yours how you want the car to feel. ZMANALEX
Geo will not effect wheel balance. Are the hub/spacer/wheel faces true? If spigot rings fitted are they the correct size? or perhaps you may not have spigot rings fitted when you should. Alex

Yeah I've taken everything apart, cleaned it all up, and put it all back together, so this is the last thing I could think off, unless one of my wheels is buckled? But surely that would have been picked up on balancing?
ZMANALEX
As before spigot rings???? Tracking to get your wheels pointing in the same direction Alex
docwra
Balancing will pick up buckles, and not to disagree with Alex but Id be surprised if a missing spigot ring would cause that level of shaking.
