4RE Leather
Ok this is a long shot and not sure if it's in the right place or not. I have a history of repeatedly fracturing my left Metatarsal and a few weeks ago was confirmed with Osteoporosis caused through long term Steroid use. My left foot is full of infamation and when in traffic the constant depression of the clutch pedal really makes for an unpleasant experience. Is there any way I can lighten the clutch without breaking the bank please? No silly comments like get an automatic either!! Cheers:)
Ricey
Eek.....I don't think you can mate without replacing the clutch. Sounds pretty distressing

4RE Leather
It can be annoying when on a lovely sunny day! I have to take the Skoda as the clutch is so much lighter. When I test drove my 1st Zed it was not hurting and it was from Hanwell along the A40 (M) to M25 and back. Last friday week I sat on M25 in a jam for 3,5 hours and had to pull off. Yes if I had not spent out on the GTM I would sell it and get an auto 370, but sadely thats no longer an option. Zeditis has stolen all my pocket money:(

If I have to change the clutch it will not happen until next year and I really want to come on some more runs. I am dreading driving to Grimsby next week but needs must! 4RE Leather
Mate, if i'd been on the M25 for 3.5 hours I would have pulled off too Thats what I get for agreeing to give someone a lift to LHR on a friday pm. The Surrey section is murder as everyone is avoiding London because of the olympics. 10 years ago a tanker overturned at Reigate Hill spilling its crap all over the road and melting it. I was one of the unlucky ones trapped from 08:30 till 5.15. Not a happy bunny.

4RE Leather
Just goes to show how little i know! I thought a lightweight clutch means the peddle is softer! Duurrr

bronzee
Strap the ankle up properly in the interim when needing to drive the Z baby.
4RE Leather
Strap the ankle up properly in the interim when needing to drive the Z baby. It's not the ankle thats the problem. The fracture is right over the bit you use to depress the clutch. If I have any hope of keeping up with swifty (Ebized) I need a softer clutch pedal! docwra
Hmmm. A bigger master cylinder would decrease the travel but would probably increase the force needed to move it, I wonder if you used a larger bore pipe it might be easier, or even a smaller slave cylinder .......... Stew
Is any of the GTM kit transferable with a 370Z??????? I'm thinking (if the box is strong enough) a nice 370z SC Auto......
4RE Leather
Is any of the GTM kit transferable with a 370Z??????? I'm thinking (if the box is strong enough) a nice 370z SC Auto...... All transferable Stew. Kev T has the same kit and a nice thought but the coffers are empty:( And an ideal solution to the problem. I was going down the route of selling the 350 for a 370 when I sold my narrowboat. But I got impatient and the rest is history. If things get to bad I might have to look about for someone who would consider doing a swop. But lets be realistic, who would want to swop there 370 auto for a 2009 350 with 15000 on the clock. Even if it has had £36k invested in it and is 444 bhp at the wheels. (soon to be more lol) Now who wants there leather done? lol.
