stevo1179
I have done a search, but have found conflicting information. I have the parts and my father-in-law is a mechanic, he would replace the part but is concerned that the inlet manifold would need to be removed. The general impression I get is that it's ~1.5 hour job, but the only detailed description I have found (link to american forum) suggests its more 7 hours (for both sides) and it eluded to the inlet manifold being removed, see below. http://my350z.com/forum/engine-drivetra ... skets.html Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Steve
ZMANALEX
Replacing a rocker cover will take circa 1hr. The plenum has to be removed but the inlet manifold does not Alex

ZMANALEX
Thank you Alex, do I need a Plenum gasket then? Steve Nope, just 2 new cam box gaskets, £11.00 each if you require them
stevo1179
I bought the cover and a single gasket from you a couple of months ago. Is this all I need?
evilscorp
Some RTV silicone for around certain areas. Have a look for the workshop manual
ZMANALEX
I bought the cover and a single gasket from you a couple of months ago. Is this all I need? If you are only doing one side you will only require 1 cam box gasket. Most reuse the mid and lower plenum gaskets. Some RTV as per evilscorp post Alex

Wasso
This will be handy knowledge when I paint my covers, gaskets already supplied by Sir Alex, yet to have a weekend free to get the job started.
