Keyser
At £260 you could get an Uprev which would be a better investment long term IMHO Thats what I did

I thought they were more £400+?? Easy way to find out for sure is to ring the UpRev Tuners themselves
coldel
Isnt the licence something like £260 and the dyno time to use it extra which adds to circa £400?
BulletMagnet
I paid about £350 for my UpRev with Abbey a couple of years back.
Keyser
I got an Uprev and had the speed restriction removed for £260. If you want it on a dyno and tuned then you get to £350 - £400 so at £260 its does the same thing and you have the option to pay for dyno time and a tune later
BulletMagnet
Chris is right, dyno time needs to be added. I had UpRev done then had it on the dyno and mapped for my aftermarket exhaust and popcharger.
wizard
If anyone wants that HKS SLD by itself, they can have one off me for £50 shipped!
doctor austin
I agree with all the above. The advantage with this 'plug and play' HKS is that theres no risk as you dont have to cut and shut the ECU wiring and it does take 5 mins to plug it in ...job done. Cost me £350 off someone on this site a couple of years ago...now got a 370 so was hoping I could sell it...otherwise it'll be in the bin! Thanks for the helpful comments though. tprice
that will be a good purchase for someone who has a jdm!
wizard
People would rather pay £350 then £50 for some simple wiring?!
doctor austin
So its simple is it...have you tried cutting up the bunch of wires to your cars ECU..brave man if you have..ramifications if you get it wrong can be interesting....
