Drayvn
Just wanted to see how long it takes to fit these as i wanted to check it against a quote i had to fit these and a few other things. Seemed a bit steep what they quoted me!
Neilp
Could be expensive. My old suspension was seized and bolts had to be cut etc. New bushes were needed, new bolts required. I think all in there was about 10 hours work to get the old stuff off and changed to coilovers
TomS
I swapped out my springs, which takes longer as I had to fit new springs to the shocks, and that took me a whole Sunday on my drive. I'd expect a garage to do it in a few hours if everything came off ok.
roadtrip
Jez @ Horsham Developments fitted my coilovers and did a full alignment for £300. Most places I spoke to seemed to expect 3-4 hours on average. Driftworks who supplied mine said they should only take about 2 hours but I think that's very much a best case scenario. Drayvn
Muchos appreciated guys, was getting charged £400 for fitting suspension and exhaust, which seems to be in the right ballpark from what you guys said!
theheff
I changed my springs myself. Took me about 5-6 hours. Bolts were all well behaved though, breaker bar and some wd40 did the job.
ZMANALEX
To the trained technician, then 2 hours will be plenty for fitting coil overs providing there are no issues with the hardware. Allow another 2 hours for adjustments and fine tuning. Further time will also be required to carry out a full geometry check and adjust. Alex.
