Kev946
£155,200........ I like most TVR's but this is horrible as a road car...

GC350z
Had it of been built today, and not by TVR of course, it would probably look more like the veron. For me the Speed 12 was the first insane hypercar since the Countach. Man I wanted one. Was gutted when they announced it wouldn't be built. The body on that one is from a GT1 race car. All the original panels were destroyed when they decided not to continue its development.

Digsy
Strangely it reminds me of the Batmobile in the films....
sl114
Its soo ugly i love it! If you can finance it, get it, i dare you!
GC350z
If I'd seen it on time I'd of been tempted. Buyers details are hidden. Auction ended on the 16 Dec. Haven't found any record of it since. I suspect its now part of a private collection.
AndyC
My mate was working at TVR at the time when they've were developing & producing this engine. I'll never forget the day he came home and told me that they'd just managed to bolt everything together that day for the first time, they hadn't tuned it or fettled it or anything and it was already producing over 600bhp!!! rickya
Interesting insight with excellent pics by my mate who worked for TVR for some time near me at TVR Barnet. (closed now). I used to take my TVR there quite regularly also! http://forum.bmwcarmagazine.com/viewtopic.php?t=53578&highlight=tvr

Trev-the-Rev
Marvellous pictures but also a sorry sight insomuch as they are now another great British name that has ceased production of specialist cars.
