bronzee
They even managed to sell my wheel accidentally whilst it was being prep'd for a refurb. They put it on another car temporarily so i could keep rosie, plan was to return and swap the wheels over when it was refurbed. Sounded like a good plan yeah.....ummm no, someone forgot to tell one of the salesman and he sold the car with my wheel on it. I was lost for words and there is a black rose 370 going around with an odd wheel somewhere. I've asked them to swap both back wheels with the brand new 370 they have in the shown room as im fed up. To be honest, if were me, I wouldn't want the wheel back after being on another car, goodness knows if they'd taken over lots of potholes in the interim! Would expect a new replacement rim. That whole scenario should never happen. But we know in a real world it does. Feel kinda sorry for the Nissan garage seems like they have outsourced work to complete idiots. Told them they need to fix that. They were totally embarrased and apologetic. They have taken ownership of the problem though and said if im not happy with the wheel i can take it where i want to and they will pay. They also said they will pay for the roof to be worked on by a specialist of my choice. Seems like there is light at the end of the tunnel but more hassle ahead. Get it in writing, before you take it to another place for fixing. Or they could back out and your stuck with a nasty bill.
Wasso
Sorry Will I've already deposited this morning and it would have been a good one to send too. Last. iChat's meal wasn't the greatest (went out for dinner) it was pine nut penne with fresh chillies thrown in. If they are prepared to pay for the wheel, get on the web find some nice new wheels, put them on, throw the wheels you have on at each of the salesmen and work staff get the cash for the wheels. THEN get somebody to proffesionaly detail your car I can do you a nice juicy receipt, get the cash for that, pay me and pocket the rest as compensation. The roof go to Nissan HQ park outside and demand a resolution. I can't believe their lack of respect for your car. But like I said on the phone, Nissan Worcester don't care for their 'new' cars. The swirl marks on a brand new 370 were horrific. We couldn't bare looking at the condition of their other vehicles. Keep us posted with your attendance today and REALLY feel for you mate.
