KuroKiddo
Collected my Z last week, over the moon with the car, it handles and drives so well, lot better then I anticipated! The only annoying thing is the Bose skipping, anyone know if them disc cleaner will solve it as I heard its cause by dirt on the Laser sensor? M13KYF
its a common fault sadly. Two places to get it sorted. You can pm R35LEE for the cheapest repair option or you can go to clarion repair service with a 10% discount viewtopic.php?f=50&t=15320

scubapics
Hello and The best thing to do with the cd skipping problem is stop using it. Instead modify the unit to take an mp3/iPod/iPhone which is much more versatile than a cd player. It does mean that you lose the ability to play tapes but why would you want to anyway? Welcome It's mainly caused by condensation, it can be pretty bad in the winter or when there's lots of rain about (like now). It usually clears up after 15-30 minutes. I keep a few sachets of silica gell in the cab , does help a bit. Pete
