Neilp
Is it a uk car? If it is its just a manufacturer fitted alarm/immobiliser
Watshot
Yep, just checked, so you don't get any misleading info, and I was right. All U.K cars are fitted with an engine immobiliser and Thatcham category 1 alarm system. Any decent insurer should have this information already on their database. If you need confirmation, search for a brochure and it's listed under security, or check out the Thatcham site here: http://www.thatchamsecurity.co.uk/car/c ... nissan.htm. narcotix
Damn ... Looks like I could have possibly saved even more on my Insurance renewal this year then as I put it down as CAT 2.

Sorting my insurance today so thanks for the link. When I checked the 350Z has both alarm and immobiliser but the Roadster seems to only have the alarm? Seems odd.
