Bollockchop
Hi there folks! I'l be brief, I have a n/s/f damaged 370, insurers are not paying out in the near future, and I want my car fixed!!! Has anyone on here got any advice or pointers on how i can obtain some or all of the parts i need?? Im kinda hoping someone can say that there is some sort of pattern part supplier who may be able to hook me up considerably cheaper than buying direct from manufacturer?? Sort of components i need are : full suspension n/s/f, bonnet, both wings, bumper, bumper reinforcement, rad, trans cooler, dashboard - you get the idea Car is true and straight its been on a jig,and other than the corner damage is mint +1 with just 10k on the clock but the prices for just say a headlight from Nissan is eyewatering, so I cant bring myself to tot up all the other stuff as well just yet. Has anyone found themselves in a similar position? Got any advice, or maybe even just a word of encouragement that Im not the first man to struggle to find parts 2nd hand for one of these vehicles!?! Plastic wings maybe?? Non-nissan suspension??? Am I dreaming???............ All help would be greatly appreciated Regards

Bollockchop
Wow! Thanks guys, wasn't expecting such a quick response. Just pm'ed the first chap, seemed to send, I await his response eagerly. But what a nice friendly welcome to the scene - maybe I feel a little better about my pride and joy (even if it IS sheeted up, on axle stands on the drive) Cheers

sipar69
Hi and welcome to the forum. You will find people are very helpful and friendly on here. Being from the "I like to drive them but I don't know how they work" brigade, I've had a ton of useful advice from folks on here. Just out of interest what does "n/s/f damaged" mean? rabbitstew
Ive repaired quite a few smashed up cars & motorbikes in my time, and im pretty sure you will be able to get your zed back on the road for a lot less than you think. Buying 2nd hand parts will save loads off the price a bodyshop would quote your insurance company. 370`s are still fairly new, so if you can get panels in the correct colour 2nd hand you`ll be laughing. But its always sods law... you can never get the colour you want when you want it, so you may have to end up doing a bit of painting. Good luck!
