james1989
I know its a subject done to death, but my motor is eratic to say the least, ive previously taken off the door panel and inner panel expecting to see a loose connection as when you bang the door it works and found everything to be as it should be, so its just the motor itself, wheres the cheapest place to replace this? ebay is saying about £200 :o

Tarmac@TarmacSportz
That eBay motor at £200 would be mine, the other one at £545 is not mine. I do them cheaper for forum members though
doctor austin
Its the stuck brushes AGAIN.. takes aout 1 hour start to finish..Window motors and cooling fan motors all have the same problem. The answer is A fit new motors or B clean up the brushes. I have cleaned the brushes on mine and now its all good....oh cost 0.
james1989
i appreciate the lower prices for forum members but im forced to sell the car soon, i wanted to hand over something i know isnt dodgy in the slightest but obviously as i wont own the car i would like to keep the costs down! when you say the brushes, is there a guide to pulling apart the motor to sort it? or what products i can and cant use please?
