You can get a decent double din from say Pioneer / JVC / Alpine etc for under £200 that will play CD's and iPod etc too, anything with a nice touch screen will be more like £400+ though Unfortunately nothing is 'easy' to install you pretty much have to go through a certain amount of pain whatever you fit...
