Removed
thanks to my350z: Unitech Racing to Chase the Grand Sport Title with a New Team Name and Fresh Driver Lineup Unitech Racing’s vehicles and paddock will be sporting a voluptuous new look at the Grand-Am Cup 200 at Daytona this weekend, and not because of any changes to the Z’s curvaceous fenders. Unitech is proud to announce that Playboy Magazine has joined the team as the primary sponsor for 2006, providing a new team name (Playboy Racing), and various types of support for the Bunny-liveried racecars. With the retirement of Schuitemaker Motorsports’ 350Z’s from competition in the Grand Sport class this year, Nissan Motorsports will rest their hopes for victory on Playboy Racing. With two years of development on the cars, a cohesive crew, and a stellar driver lineup, Playboy Racing should be able to deliver. Drivers Blake Rosser of Henderson Nevada and David Murry of Cumming Georgia will resume piloting duties in 2006, while Tommy Constantine of Scottsdale AZ and Mike Borkowski of Miami FL will strap in for their first taste of competitive action in the Playboy Z’s. These outstanding drivers will strive to repeat the race-winning performances of prior years, beginning with the season opener at Daytona on January 27, 2006. Unitech will also look for continued support from StopTech Brake Systems, Motec, Sakata Motorsport Electronics, and KONI/Truechoice. Watch for new developments and the team’s progress at www.speedtv.com for broadcast information. Focusing solely on the cars should be a tall order in the pits this season! If anybody is going to Daytona, you might want to stop by Playboy Racing's pits. They will have Playmates signing posters there.
