spawn
Hello peeps, well thought i would start a build thread as theres quite alot to do to my new car!..lol Ive never owned a jap car so any advice would be great, previous cars are heavily modded rs turbos, cosworths, golfs vr6, 1.8t, bimmers 330ci etc So here goes as i collected her 2 weeks ago! As you can see she needs abit of tlc!! Bits ive got coming - side skirt, door, mirror glass, new genuine rear quarter from Nissan (not cheap)!! Depending on how busy i am at work im looking at having it all done and painted by the end of month, then il start modding!

bronzee
When you see some of the ones that have been in a right state after an accident, and a new owner buys off insurance company and brings it back to life, this one is mildish in comparison. Keep us update, always interesting to watch.
Stew
The damage isn't too bad if it's all superficial. It could almost be put straight on the track to drift or as a toy without too much work!

SteveRS
Great progress mate! Amazing how the zed looks without any glass or panels. Are you keeping it the same colour?
leonk
Looking good Nice to see panels being replaced rather than huge amounts of filler. Will you waxoyl all the cavities when its finished?
spawn
Great progress mate! Amazing how the zed looks without any glass or panels. Are you keeping it the same colour? At the moment its staying the same colour...lol But if i keep her for a while i may do a 'fast n furious' paint job...haha
spawn
Looking good Nice to see panels being replaced rather than huge amounts of filler. Will you waxoyl all the cavities when its finished? Yes it makes for a better job this way. There will be no filler in the quarter. All the cavities will be sprayed with waxoyl, and any bare metal has been etched.
