Dano190485
looking at buying some new wheels for my car. i currently have rays but looking for something different. i think im going to stick with 18" but the ones im looking at are team dynamics and there 18 x 8" and 18 x 9" on the rear. i believe the rays are 18 x 8 " on the front and 18 x 9.5" on the rear ( could be wrong, wouldnt be the first time ). i take it the 0.5 wont make much of a difference, or will it? if so how? also would it be better to get spacers for them? thanks for your help as i really dont know much about wheels? Dblock
Ok, the 9.5" is the width of the wheel and the width makes a difference on what size tyre it will take/run. Also if its too wide it might not fit. As for spacers it depends on offsets there is a thread on here atm.
Stew
Rays are 8" and 8.5" Couple of things to consider.... Rays are very light and if you go for something heavier in the same size you'll gain nothing, if youo are upping the size for looks then fair enough. The offset is what determines whether spacers are required or not. What your reason for the change, what wheels and what offset?
