daveparkin
Not actually e-bay, so mods please move if required.... ....seems cheap for a GT4, although admittedly someone has enjoyed a few miles in it. http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3673221.htm If anyone who reads this is interested, please check that damaged wheel carefully, 'cos it looks like the spokes may be cracked as well as the kerbing damage you can easily see! Zugara
Also you will need a washer bottle cap, as shown in pic 3.....
Bobbyheinz
131k miles….
JetSet
Yeah, wheel cracked, probably expensive to replace too. A bargain if you're only going to be doing a couple of K a year though....very tempting Pete
Richsouth
Been considering this lads.....really not sure though....any more thoughts?
Ken
Last time i saw this GT4 for sale was back in March 09. I have no note of the mileage for that date so would think that it was high even then.
JetSet
Well, the car has done a lot of miles, that's for sure Still worth considering but you really need to speak to the guy first and get some sort of idea what's been done to it in the last few years. First of all you will need to replace that damaged wheel, Zmanalex may have these in stock, but they can be difficult to get hold of, also you need to find out how much wear is left on the tyres, etc, get an idea of what its going to cost you to get it on the road really. GT4's are highly prized amongst the Zed community and at a guess that one will probably only drop another 1-1.5k in the next couple of years, but running costs could be the problem. The Zed is a pretty sturdy beast though and that one does look to be in pretty good condition. Tough decision. Pete
daveparkin
Make sure the full service history is with a reputable garage - but there's probably not too much worry about it being clocked! You would also want to be confident it had been run on super unleaded for most of those miles! The interior looks in better condition than some with half the miles. R35LEE
The only issue is if the engine oil has ever ran low. The rim isn't too expensive to buy and the mileage is not an issue if it has been on motorways. I think a lowball offer may be accepted on this car
